Celebrate Black History Month with portrait art, coloring activities, and a collaborative classroom mural. This bundle pairs three sets of comic-style portraits and two coloring collections with a Spanish-language group poster.
What’s included
- 30 portrait posters: three sets of 10 influential figures.
- 38 coloring pages: a 21-page collection and a 17-page Set 2.
- Spanish collaborative poster: 25 numbered pieces form the message “Juntos Celebramos La Historia Afroamericana.” The untrimmed mural measures approximately 55 inches wide by 42.5 inches tall when printed on landscape letter-size paper.
The collaborative mural has Spanish wording. The portrait and coloring collections feature people’s names and are the same collections included in the corresponding English bundle. This is not a set of translated biographies.
Six PDF downloads. Use the portraits for bulletin boards and hallway displays, the coloring pages for classroom activities, and the mural for a whole-class project. This resource is suitable for kindergarten through grade 12 with age-appropriate teacher guidance.
Choose the resources that fit your learners and the time you have. You can spread them across several lessons or keep a few ready for centers and independent work.
