Digital products
Products sold through this store are digital educational resources unless a listing clearly states otherwise. No physical item will be shipped. Download access is provided after successful payment.
License and permitted use
Unless a product listing states otherwise, each purchase includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by one purchaser in one classroom or one household. You may print and use the resource with your own students or family.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, post publicly, or make purchased files available to other teachers, schools, organizations, websites, shared drives, social-media groups, or file-sharing services. Additional users must purchase their own license or an additional license where available.
Ownership
All products, artwork, text, designs, and downloadable files remain the intellectual property of Use The Village or their respective credited licensors. Purchasing a product grants permission to use it under the applicable license; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Product information and previews
We work to describe products accurately. Customers are responsible for reviewing the description, included-file information, previews, grade or age guidance, language, and technical requirements before purchasing. Colors and print results may vary depending on the screen, printer, paper, ink, and settings used.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before download access is provided. We may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, technical, availability, or fraud-screening error.
Downloads and technical requirements
Customers are responsible for using a compatible device, PDF reader, printer, software, and internet connection. If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact us so we can help correct the problem.
Refunds
Digital purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Because downloadable files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been provided, except for qualifying problems described in that policy or where required by law.
Educational use
Our resources are supplemental educational materials. Results vary by learner, setting, and manner of use. We do not guarantee a particular academic outcome.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or its products for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with site security or checkout, scrape or copy protected content, or use purchased materials beyond the license granted above.
Limitation of liability
